2007 Fundraiser
We want to thank everyone who made the Housing Trust Fund's November 28th fundraiser an enjoyable evening that all will remember. This year’s event raised more than twice as much as last year’s. All the money will be placed in the George Moylan Affordable Housing Fund and used exclusively to finance housing in San Luis Obispo County. First, we want to thank our hosts, Kim Conti of Kimberly’s Global Real Estate Corporation, John Stipicevich and Doug Shaw of the Monterey Street Wine Company, and Leon Castillo of Popolo Rotisserie Café, who opened their businesses, volunteered their time and provided goods and services for the event. Without their help, the event would not have been possible. I also want to thank our sponsors — Bank of America, Heritage Oaks Bank, Rabobank and First American Title. Their generous support helped both with this event and with our ongoing operations. In addition, we thank Laura Morelli and Kathleen Corey from Heritage Oaks Bank and Stacy Gregory and Dena Cagliero from First American Title for helping us at the event. Plus, we thank Poor Richard’s Press for printing our flyers. In addition, we want to thank our many generous contributors who gave items for our silent auction and those who bid on those items.
