Bank of America awards
$15,000 to HTF
The Bank of America Foundation has awarded a $15,000 grant to the San
Luis Obispo County Housing Trust Fund.
“It is great to have Bank of America’s ongoing support for our
organization,” said Jerry Rioux, the Fund’s executive director. “BofA
is our top bank contributor. They have provided $50,000 over the last
three years.”
The grant will help the Fund to provide financing and technical
assistance for affordable housing throughout San Luis Obispo County.
The Housing Trust Fund is a nonprofit
corporation that was created in 2003 to increase the supply of
affordable housing throughout San Luis Obispo County. Rather than build
or manage affordable housing, the Housing Trust Fund provides financing
and technical assistance to builders, nonprofit corporations and local
government to help them create and preserve housing.
