Downey Savings grants The Downey Savings & Loan Association has awarded $4,000 to support the work of the San Luis Obispo County Housing Trust Fund. “We are grateful to have Downey Savings’ continuing support,” said Jerry Rioux, the Housing Trust Fund’s executive director. This is the second grant that Downey Savings has provided to the Housing Trust Fund.
