July 21, 2005 First Bank supports the Fund First Bank of San Luis Obispo just contributed $1,000 to the San Luis Obispo County Housing Trust Fund. "We are grateful for First Bank’s generous support," responded Jerry Rioux, the Housing Trust Fund's Executive Director. "This is the second year that First Bank has made a contribution to our organization." The San Luis Obispo County Housing Trust Fund is a nonprofit corporation that was created in 2003 to increase the supply of affordable housing throughout San Luis Obispo County. Rather than develop, own or manage housing, the Fund provides financing and technical assistance to help private developers, nonprofit agencies and local governments produce homes that working families, seniors on fixed incomes and persons with disabilities can afford to rent or buy. |
