Heritage Oaks continues as
Moylan Fund's top supporter!

Over the years, Paso Robles-based Heritage Oaks Bank has been a consistent supporter of the Housing Trust Fund and our George Moylan Affordable Housing Fund.  In 2010, the Bank made its fourth contribution to the Moylan Fund.  This brought their total contributions to $13,371 and preserved their status as the Moylan Fund’s top supporter. 

"Heritage Oaks Bank has supported the Housing Trust Fund, our programs and our efforts since 2005," notes Jerry Rioux, the Housing Trust Fund’s executive director. 

The Moylan Fund was created in October 2005 to honor and continue the work of George Moylan, one of the Housing Trust Fund’s organizers and a founding director.  With Heritage Oaks Bank’s latest contribution, nearly $80,000 has been raised for the Moylan Fund from more than 300 individuals, firms and organizations.

The Moylan Fund is used exclusively to help finance affordable housing projects in San Luis Obispo County.  Loans that are made from the Moylan Fund are repaid into the fund and then loaned for additional projects, thus creating a permanent source of financing for affordable housing.
