Los Padres Bank CD Award

Los Padres Bank presented its Community Development Award to the San Luis Obispo County Housing Trust Fund in a ceremony at the Bank's headquarters in Solvang.  Along with the award, the Bank made a $1,000 contribution to the Fund.

"We thank Los Padres Bank for its award and support," said Jerry Rioux, the Fund's executive director.  "We look forward to working with Los Padres in the future to finance affordable housing in San Luis Obispo County."

The San Luis Obispo County Housing Trust Fund is a nonprofit corporation that was
created to increase the supply of affordable housing throughout San Luis Obispo County.
Rather than develop, own or manage housing, the Fund provides financing and technical
assistance to help private developers, nonprofit agencies and local governments produce
and preserve homes that working families, seniors on fixed incomes and persons with disabilities can afford to rent or buy.
