Sachs Foundation Invests $200K in HTF

The Erich & Hannah Sachs Foundation has provided a $200,000 loan to the Housing Trust Fund to further our mission of increasing the supply of affordable housing throughout San Luis Obispo County.

This investment from the Sachs Foundation moves the HTF closer to its goal of raising $5 million in lending capital by the end of 2006. The Sachs loan has a 3% interest rate and a five year term.  The loan proceeds will be used to provide financing for affordable rental and ownership housing in San Luis Obispo County.
