Matt Downing

Matt Downing is the Community Development Director for the City of Pismo Beach, where he oversees the City’s planning, building, and code enforcement divisions. A Central Coast native, Matt previously served on the Housing Trust Fund Commission while working for the City of Arroyo Grande.
