Since 2003, the HTF has made 64 loans worth over $38 million that has helped create over 1,300 units of affordable housing.  The vast majority of these units are for low income households.  At the end of 2022, we had over $16 million in outstanding loans. 


We closed $4,102,000 in loans during 2022 and had commitments for $5,457,000 more.   Our closed loans included pre-development loans and transitional housing.  Our commitments are for the construction of tax credit projects as well as rehabilitation and transitional housing of apartments. 


The HTF has two primary sources of operating revenue – grants and our interest and fee earnings. In 2022, our revenue covered all of our expenses.
