Pismo Terrace

Located adjacent to bus routes, and community resources, this new construction development is comprised of 50 units. Residents will have access to a community center, picnic area, laundry room, playground, on-site property management, and supportive services. Some units will be designated for No Place Like Home households - A California Department of Housing and Community Development program, funding the development of permanent supportive housing for persons who are in need of mental health services and are experiencing homelessness, chronic homelessness, or at risk of chronic homelessness. SLO County Housing Trust Fund provided a $350,000 20-year loan through our Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) loan program.
