Sunset Terrace

We are happy to announce the groundbreaking of River Walk Terrace in Paso Robles!  The Paso Robles Housing Authority (PRHA) and Affordable Housing Development Corporation (AHDC) are developing a senior (62 years of age and up) residential low-income housing community on a +/-4.21 vacant parcel at the south western corner of the Woodland Plaza II commercial shopping center in Paso Robles. 

The development will consist of a mix of seventy one-bedroom units with nine two-bedroom units ranging in square footage from approximately 650 to 850 square feet.  

SLO County Housing Trust Fund facilitated an $800,000 loan using CA Housing & Community Development (HCD) - Local Housing Trust Fund (LHTF) grant funds;  Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) grant funds and other recycled grant funds for the financing.
