Jeff joined The HTF as a Board Member in 2015 when he was the Executive Director for the HBACC, representing over 100 builders and associates in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties.  In 2022, Jeff became the CEO of The HTF and in this last year, has grown the organization in preparation for expansion to meet the needs of the rising SLO County affordable housing demand. 

 

Jeff cares deeply for his community and generously offers his service, leadership, and abilities to make the community and world a better place.  He has served or is serving on EVC’s Building, Design & Construction Cluster, SLO County Workforce Housing Coalition, SLO Chamber of Commerce, Morro Bay Harbor Advisory (Board Chairman), Morro Bay Community Foundation (President), and the Morro Bay Local Economic Action Plan.

When not engaged in commerce, Jeff enjoys the outdoors and can often be found hiking, RVing, or on the ocean. When Jeff finds a spare moment, he enjoys reading, playing guitar, singing poorly, cooking, or spending time at the beach. He lives in Morro Bay, CA.
