Lesley Lang‑Lopez is the Loan Portfolio Officer at the San Luis Obispo County Housing Trust Fund, where she helps advance affordable housing solutions that support the people and communities of the Central Coast. Her lending career has been rooted in service — from supporting small businesses to guiding complex development projects — and she brings that same community‑centered mindset to HTF’s work.

With a background in Small Business Administration lending, including commercial real estate, and construction financing, Lesley has led lending teams, rebuilt programs, and managed portfolios with a focus on accuracy, transparency, and borrower education. She is passionate about creating pathways for local families, workers, and seniors to access safe, stable housing.

A graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School with an MBA from CSU Fresno, Lesley lives on the Central Coast and is committed to strengthening regional resilience and providing community organizations opportunity.
