​Pat graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He founded Arnold, Inc. and launched three successful businesses in the fields of product R&D, manufacturing and construction. In 2006, Pat joined Covelop, Inc. overseeing all finance, construction and property management. He serves as the company’s in-house broker and general contractor. Philanthropic support of our community is very important to him and he has held seats on and/or currently contributes to Downtown SLO, the SLO Chamber of Commerce, SLO Sheriff's Advisory Foundation, SLO City Developers Roundtable and the Rotary Club of San Luis Obispo Daybreak.
