Scot Graham

Scot Graham is the Community Development Director for the City of Pismo Beach.  Scot has over 25 years of public service on the Central Coast, serving both the communities of Pismo Beach and Morro Bay.  Scot oversees the Planning, Building and code enforcement functions for Pismo Beach.
