Warren Frace
Warren is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo’s City and Regional Planning Department. He has spent his entire career working in the field of land use planning. Originally he worked as a private sector planner for RRM Design Group in San Luis Obispo and Modesto, preparing development project applications and downtown plans. He has worked as a Atascadero's Community Development Director from 2000 to 2015 and now as the Community Development Director of the City of Paso Robles since 2015. Warren has lived in Paso Robles since 1999 with his wife Shari and their children Braedon, Brynn and Brittni.
As Community Development Director he oversees the Planning Division, Building Division and City Engineer. He has managed the update the City’s Housing Element update, Olsen – South Chandler Specific Plan, Beechwood Specific Plan and Gateway Resort Annexation.
