We are currently hiring a Loan Portfolio Officer to support our work increasing the supply of affordable housing in SLO County. This role plays an important part in underwriting, documenting, reviewing, and closing loans for affordable housing projects throughout the county. 

​

The Loan Portfolio Officer will work closely with HTF staff and partners to help projects move forward from planning through development. This position is well suited for someone with experience in commercial real estate or construction lending who is interested in applying their skills in a mission-driven environment.

​

Position details:

• Full-time, exempt

• Hybrid work environment

• San Luis Obispo County based

• Salary range: $90,000–$100,000 depending on experience
